You turn in a rack height of 12 for your squat. After your 2nd attempt, you decide it needs to be lowered 1 but you don't tell the score table. You walk out onto the platform with 30 seconds left on the clock for your 3rd attempt. You ask the spotters to lower the rack height 1 hold. By the time they are done, you have 5 seconds left and time-out while unracking the bar.
