PL Situation:
You are lifting in a meet against your rival. You turn in your openers and shortly later you look at the scoreboard and notice that your rival has openers that really outpace yours. How should you react to this?

New Lifter Tip
Your squat can be affected by your arches. Dropped arches can equate to unengaged hip rotation. Make sure you are ripping apart the floor with your feet when you are squatting to engage hip rotation. Agree or disagree?
