  • #PLSituation
    • You train with an equipped lifter that is not very good at wrapping their own knees or anyone else's. They say they don’t need to know how because his coach is always there to wrap their knees, even in training. Do you agree or disagree?
  • #NewLifterTip
    • In addition to the Open (any age 14 and up), know what age division you will be in and what it is based on:
      • Youth (8-13) - how old you are on meet day.
      • Teen (14-19) - how old you are on meet day.
      • Junior (20-23) - how old you are on meet day.
      • Masters 40+ - how old you will be during the calendar year
    • Masters go by how old you will be on Dec 31, every other division is based on your age on the day you compete.
