PL Situation 
        You turn in a rack height of 12 for your squat. After your 2nd attempt, you decide it needs to be lowered 1 but you don't tell the score table. You walk out onto the platform with 30 seconds left on the clock for your 3rd attempt. You ask the spotters to lower the rack height 1 hold. By the time they are done, you have 5 seconds left and time-out while unracking the bar.
Should you get a re-lift? Why or Why Not?

        You do not have to compete with a registered club, but if you do, you cannot join or compete for a different registered club until the following year.
         Did you know?
          From page 3 of the USA Powerlifting Rulebook: 
          "Lifters will designate club/team affiliation on their USA Powerlifting registration application and will be limited to competing for that specific club/team."
