PL Situation: You are competing in an exhibition event in which you only are allowed 6 total attempts between the Squat, Bench and Deadlift. You must state how many attempts for each lift you will attempt before the meet starts. How many attempts do you choose for Squat, Bench and Deadlift?    

New Lifter Tip - Get a coach and be coachable.  Work on your mental game because belief 100% affects your ability to move a weight.  Remember, a meet is just one day.  It doesn’t define you as a lifter so have fun.   I’ve bombed out 2, almost 3 meets in a row.  I walked out smiling every time.
