3rd Attempt Changes:
You can change your 3rd attempt deadlift twice.
You can change your 3rd attempt bench press twice ONLY if you are exclusively entered in the bench only division. If you are double entered into full power and bench only, then you cannot change your 3rd attempt bench press. The reason is that there would be a strategic advantage against the other full meet lifters, which is why it's not allowed.
